CAD File Market sells CAD-inspired decorative framed wall prints as physical products. This policy explains where orders are made, where they ship from, delivery timing, costs, customs responsibility, tracking, and lost-package handling.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email the tracking number to the email address used at checkout. If tracking does not update after the shipment email or appears stalled, contact cs@cadfilemarket.com with your order number. We will check the shipment with the production partner and carrier instead of asking you to rely on an unsupported carrier-scan waiting period.

Lost Or Undelivered Orders

If an order is confirmed lost by the carrier, cannot be accepted into the carrier network, or has not been delivered within 30 business days after dispatch, CAD File Market will arrange a replacement shipment or a full refund. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us with the order number and tracking details so we can review the delivery record.

Incorrect Address Or Delivery Issue

Please review your shipping address before submitting the order. If the address is incomplete or incorrect, contact us immediately. Once an order enters processing or dispatch, address changes may no longer be possible.

Packaging For Framed Wall Art

Each framed print is packed in protective packaging for framed wall art. Please inspect the frame, print, mounting hardware, protective cover, packaging, and shipping label when the package arrives.

Shipping Damage

If a framed print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. CAD File Market arranges a replacement/refund and pays approved return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
