Refund & Returns Policy
CAD File Market sells CAD-inspired decorative framed wall prints as physical products. This policy is written for framed wall art, not clothing or digital downloads.

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, CAD File Market may refund the affected item and original shipping for that affected shipment or provide a replacement. |
| Return shipping cost | Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for replacement/refund with approved return shipping paid by CAD File Market. |
| Refund timing | Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds. |
| Promotional products | Promotional or discounted products are returnable under this same policy unless the product page or checkout clearly marks the item Final Sale before purchase. Damaged, defective, or incorrect Final Sale products remain eligible for a replacement or refund where required by law. |
Objective Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the framed print must be unused and not installed or hung; returned in the original protective packaging; include the frame, print, mounting hardware, and protective cover; and have no scratches, dents, moisture damage, odors, stains, or alterations.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, Or Not As Described
Contact cs@cadfilemarket.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the framed print, packaging, and shipping label. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for a replacement/refund with approved return shipping paid by CAD File Market.
Prior Approval And RMA
Prior approval means CAD File Market confirms by email that the return appears eligible under this policy and provides a return authorization before you ship the item. Approval can be declined when the request is outside the 30-day return period, damage is reported after the 7-day damage-report deadline, the item was used, installed, hung, altered, scratched, dented, moisture damaged, missing required parts or packaging, not purchased from cadfilemarket.com, or the request is based only on normal print-tone, screen-color, or production-batch variation described on the product page.
Packages sent without return approval, without order information, or to an address other than the published U.S. return destination may be refused, returned to sender, or delayed because we cannot match the package to an eligible order.
How To Start A Return
- Email cs@cadfilemarket.com within the applicable deadline.
- Include your order number, product title, reason for return, and photos when the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.
- Wait for return approval before shipping the item.
- Ship approved returns to: CAD File Market LLC, 2212 SW 21st Ter, Miami, FL 33145, USA.
- Send us the return tracking number.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be sent within 2 hours of purchase. A 10% cancellation fee applies to approved cancellations. After the 2-hour window, or once an order enters processing or dispatch, cancellation may be declined.
