Where are orders made and shipped from?
Manufactured by the listed production partner in Vietnam. Packages are dispatched from Vietnam through the listed production partner fulfillment process. The U.S. mailing address is for business mail, customer support, and approved return packages, not a promise of U.S. inventory dispatch.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat $10.99 per order for every country or territory currently enabled in the checkout country selector. The full current list is published on the Shipping Policy page.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Tracked standard parcel transit is estimated at 7-14 business days after processing. The total estimated delivery range is 8-16 business days after payment confirmation.
Will duties, import fees, or local taxes apply?
Duties, import fees, brokerage fees, local taxes, or customs charges may apply because orders are dispatched from Vietnam. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout or applicable law states otherwise.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests must be sent within 2 hours of purchase. A 10% cancellation fee applies to approved cancellations. After the 2-hour window, or once an order enters processing or dispatch, cancellation may be declined.

Return destination country: United States. Approved returns must be shipped to CAD File Market LLC, 2212 SW 21st Ter, Miami, FL 33145, USA. Returns are not shipped to the Vietnam production partner.
When does the 30-day return period start?
The 30-day return period starts on the delivery date shown by carrier tracking.
What should I do if my framed print arrives damaged?
Damage, defect, or incorrect item reports must be sent within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the frame, print, mounting hardware, protective cover, packaging, and shipping label. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for replacement/refund with approved return shipping paid by CAD File Market.
Who pays return shipping?
Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for replacement/refund with approved return shipping paid by CAD File Market.
Is original shipping refunded?
Approved refunds cover the purchase price of the returned item. Original shipping is not refunded for change-of-mind returns. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, CAD File Market may refund the affected item and original shipping for that affected shipment or provide a replacement.
What condition must a returned framed print be in?
Returned framed prints must be unused and not installed or hung; returned in the original protective packaging; include the frame, print, mounting hardware, and protective cover; and have no scratches, dents, moisture damage, odors, stains, or alterations.
Are promotional products returnable?
Promotional or discounted products are returnable under this same policy unless the product page or checkout clearly marks the item Final Sale before purchase. Damaged, defective, or incorrect Final Sale products remain eligible for a replacement or refund where required by law.
What does prior approval mean?
Prior approval means CAD File Market confirms by email that the return appears eligible under the policy and provides a return authorization before you ship the item. Approval can be declined when the request is outside the return period, damage is reported late, the item was used, installed, hung, altered, damaged after delivery, missing required parts or packaging, not purchased from cadfilemarket.com, or based only on normal print-tone, screen-color, or production-batch variation.
When will my refund be issued?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.
