Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of cadfilemarket.com, operated by CAD File Market LLC.
1. Products
CAD File Market sells CAD-inspired decorative artwork as physical framed wall prints. No CAD, DWG, DXF, PDF, digital download or functional engineering plan is included.
We make every reasonable effort to display artwork, frame appearance, and product details accurately. Minor variations in print tone, frame finish, screen display, and production batch are not considered defects.
2. Orders And Payment
Orders are confirmed after payment is accepted. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at checkout.
3. Cancellation And Modification
Cancellation requests must be sent within 2 hours of purchase. A 10% cancellation fee applies to approved cancellations. After the 2-hour window, or once an order enters processing or dispatch, cancellation may be declined.
Address or order-detail changes are only confirmed after our support team replies. If the order has entered processing or dispatch, changes may no longer be possible.
4. Shipping
Manufactured by the listed production partner in Vietnam. Packages are dispatched from Vietnam through the listed production partner fulfillment process. The U.S. mailing address is for business mail and customer support, not a promise of U.S. inventory dispatch.
Shipping is a flat $10.99 per order for every country or territory currently enabled in the checkout country selector. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Tracked standard parcel transit is estimated at 7-14 business days after processing, for a total estimated delivery range of 8-16 business days after payment confirmation.
Duties, import fees, brokerage fees, local taxes, or customs charges may apply because orders are dispatched from Vietnam. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout or applicable law states otherwise.
If tracking does not update after the shipment email or appears stalled, contact customer support with your order number. If an order is confirmed lost by the carrier, cannot be accepted into the carrier network, or has not been delivered within 30 business days after dispatch, CAD File Market will arrange a replacement shipment or a full refund.
5. Returns And Refunds
Return destination country: United States. Approved returns must be shipped to CAD File Market LLC, 2212 SW 21st Ter, Miami, FL 33145, USA. Returns are not shipped to the Vietnam production partner.
The 30-day return period starts on the delivery date shown by carrier tracking. Damage, defect, or incorrect item reports must be sent within 7 days of delivery.
Returned framed prints must be unused and not installed or hung; returned in the original protective packaging; include the frame, print, mounting hardware, and protective cover; and have no scratches, dents, moisture damage, odors, stains, or alterations.
Approved refunds cover the purchase price of the returned item. Original shipping is not refunded for change-of-mind returns. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for replacement/refund with approved return shipping paid by CAD File Market.
Promotional or discounted products are returnable under this same policy unless the product page or checkout clearly marks the item Final Sale before purchase. Damaged, defective, or incorrect Final Sale products remain eligible for a replacement or refund where required by law.
Prior approval means CAD File Market confirms by email that the return appears eligible under the policy and provides a return authorization before you ship the item. Approval can be declined when the request is outside the return period, damage is reported late, the item was used, installed, hung, altered, damaged after delivery, missing required parts or packaging, not purchased from cadfilemarket.com, or based only on normal print-tone, screen-color, or production-batch variation.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, product copy, images, artwork presentation, and design elements are protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to CAD File Market or its partners. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, distribute, or commercially use website content without permission.
7. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAD File Market is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products purchased from the website.
8. Dispute Resolution
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue directly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be handled under the laws and applicable courts of the State of Florida, unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
