Cancellation & Modification

Cancellation requests must be sent within 2 hours of purchase by contacting cs@cadfilemarket.com. A 10% cancellation fee applies to approved cancellations.

After the 2-hour window, or once an order enters processing or dispatch, cancellation may be declined because the framed print may already be in production or shipment preparation.

Address or order-detail changes are only confirmed after our support team replies. If the order has entered processing or dispatch, changes may no longer be possible.

Approved cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.

Return destination country: United States. Approved returns must be shipped to CAD File Market LLC, 2212 SW 21st Ter, Miami, FL 33145, USA. Returns are not shipped to the Vietnam production partner. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. See the Refund & Returns Policy for return eligibility and costs.
