Delivery questions
Manufactured by the listed production partner in Vietnam. Packages are dispatched from Vietnam. Shipping is a flat $10.99 per order for every country or territory currently enabled in the checkout country selector. Processing takes 1-2 business days, tracked standard parcel transit is estimated at 7-14 business days after processing, and the total estimated delivery range is 8-16 business days after payment confirmation. Duties, import fees, brokerage fees, local taxes, or customs charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. If tracking does not update, contact support with your order number. If an order is confirmed lost, cannot be accepted into the carrier network, or has not been delivered within 30 business days after dispatch, CAD File Market will arrange a replacement shipment or a full refund. Return or refund help
Return destination country: United States. Approved returns must be shipped to CAD File Market LLC, 2212 SW 21st Ter, Miami, FL 33145, USA. Returns are not shipped to the Vietnam production partner. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible for replacement/refund with approved return shipping paid by CAD File Market. Cancellation requests
Cancellation requests must be sent within 2 hours of purchase and are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. After the order enters processing or dispatch, cancellation may be declined. Read cancellation policy.
